Until recently our people had worked in close partnership with the Sales Director and Sales Team of Barratt West Scotland. A 6 year partnership has led to an unrivalled insight into the housing market in Scotland, meeting all kinds of changing national conditions and its differing local situations. Marketing activity was primarily directed at driving footfall to Showhomes and Sales Offices for up to 20 developments at any one time. Working week in, week out, it involved regional, local and specialist press. Responding to specific local requirements also involved door-to-door distributions, mall displays, and 48 sheet posters with a single development focus.
